About these terms
These terms apply when you buy a package or service from Saenztech LLC (“Saenztech”, “we”) on saenz-tech.com. By paying, you agree to them. Questions? Contact us anytime.
Packages and deposits
Get Online and Grow start with a $200 deposit. If you cancel within 3 days of paying and before we deliver the first draft, we refund the deposit in full. Once the first draft is delivered, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance — $600 plus any extras you chose — is due before launch, and your site goes live once it's paid.
Individual services
Individual services are paid in full upfront. If you cancel before we deliver the first concept or draft, we refund you in full. After that, the payment is non-refundable.
Discovery sessions
Discovery sessions are paid upfront. If you cancel before the session takes place, we refund you in full. If your project moves forward within 60 days, we credit what you paid for the session toward it. Custom software and app projects are covered by a separate written agreement after discovery.
Power Platform & Copilot Health Check
The Health Check is paid in full upfront. If you cancel before access is granted or the review starts, we refund you in full. If you start a follow-up project or support plan with us within 60 days, we credit what you paid toward it.
Upgrade credit
If you buy an individual service and then buy a package within 60 days, we credit what you paid for the service toward the package.
Revisions
Each package and service includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes are quoted before we do them.
Your content and timing
Please send your content within 30 days of paying. If we don't hear from you for 60 days, we'll close the project, and payments made are non-refundable.
Grow monthly plan
Grow's monthly billing of $300 starts at launch. It's month-to-month: you can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months.
Hosting
Get Online includes 12 months of hosting. After that, hosting is $15/month, or we'll move your site to your own hosting for free. Grow includes hosting while your subscription is active.
Ownership and portfolio
Once you've paid in full, you own your site's code, content and final logo and design files. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you opt out — uncheck the box during onboarding or just tell us.
What's included
Each package and service includes what our Packages page listed at the time you bought it.
Third-party costs
Domains, email licenses, app store accounts, paid tools and ad budgets are your responsibility and are paid directly to those providers.
Microsoft licensing and AI agents
You're responsible for your Microsoft licensing, including Copilot and Copilot Studio. AI agents can make mistakes, so please review agent answers before relying on them for legal, financial or safety decisions.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Saenztech never sees or stores your card number.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to deliver what we promise. To the extent the law allows, Saenztech's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you paid applies to your purchase.
